With the name change from PWKK (Propywell construction & conversion) to PDC (Packaging Development Centre) packaging distributor Brangs + Heinrich Industrial Packaging further moves along it’s clear path in structural packaging. “We wish to distance ourselves from the focus on Propywell implied in the name” says Michael Brunner Packaging Development manager. “we see ourselves more than ever as developers and constructors using a plethora of different materials.” For that reason PDC is divided in two areas:

1. Packaging development and
2. Packaging consulting

 In product development, focus is on constructing a specific packaging solution based on the customers needs. Whereas in the consulting area the purpose is to create total packaging and logistics concepts, all the way through to efficiency analysis of material and packaging utilization. These results in a theoretical model, providing the customer with several packaging options and alternatives. Blueprints, analysis and samples round out the consulting project.
